How do I set up my first Voice AI teammate?

Use the signup wizard to create your account, define your call handling rules, connect your calendar, and go live. Most teams are up and running in days, not weeks.

How do I connect my CRM?

Go to Integrations in your dashboard, select your CRM from the list, and authenticate with OAuth. The connection is automatic from there — call outcomes, contact updates, and appointment data sync in real time.

Can I change my AI's voice?

Yes. Voices and providers are configured per agent. We confirm available voices, languages, and brand requirements during setup.

How do I view call transcripts?

All calls are transcribed automatically. View full transcripts, summaries, and sentiment analysis in your dashboard under Call History. You can also export them as CSV or PDF.

What if the AI can't handle a call?

The AI transfers the call to your staff with a context summary — who is calling, what they need, and what was already discussed. You control escalation rules and thresholds in your dashboard.

How do I add more teammates?
